This is the third service that had oil leaking / dripping after service. I asked to double check for oil dripping after service. Happened again. Tire rotation completed but failed to adjust / check tire pressure. The recommended pressure is 60 front 75 rear. He left them at 64 front 60 rear. The receipt stated he “checked inflation”. This is not “Professional Grade” service.

I had set up an appointment but ended up being there almost 4 hours! I didn’t know i was due for an extended list of services in a 45000 mile check up. I was promised that the car would be cleaned in and out. This added an extra hour and did not include the interior. I was told that the vacuum was broken so I had to come back to get the interior done. I live 30 miles away so this is very inconvenient.

This was a DEF contamination of my diesel fuel system and luckily it was covered by my insurance company but the challenge the dealership had to go through to get the proper work done was a delayed process due to the insurance company. At the end of the day Elk Grove GMC did the right thing and put me as a customer first and repaired my truck according to GM standards and didn’t settle for anything less which made me feel great. Lex the service writer and Jad the General service manager were both on my side for the entire process. I did experience one issue after the repair but once again they expedited my repair so I could enjoy our family camping vacation with our grandchildren . I recommend the service department to anyone.

That's when Joseph, a Service Advisor at Elk Grove Buick GMC, stepped in to make this right. What followed was a masterclass in customer service and professional excellence! Joe and his team took complete ownership of the situation. He not only had the new engine replacement authorized by our warranty company, but he also went above and beyond by having his team cover the diagnostic fees, reassembly labor, and even the towing costs from the other dealership. The customer service in this dealership is substandard. Someone really needs to come in and show them about customers. “Warn welcome, narrative of service and fond farewell” yet when you walk in to the service center its a hello yet no one meets my gaze or asks how they can help. When I picked up my truck I was handed my keys and said thank you. Not sure where it was parked or if I was good to go. I went outside and walked around until I found it. While waiting in the lobby your personal was sitting around with a couple on their phones maybe a slow day? Yet very unprofessional and unwelcoming to new customers and existing. This made me remembered why I kept avoiding bringing my truck here but the recall brought me back in. Such good cars yet so many improvements need to be made. This is coming from a Nursing Director that manages a whole unit and customer satisfaction is a priority in every company

We had texted at first discussing the possibilities of the Envista. What attracted me to the dealership was the simplicity and the lifetime transmission and engine guarantee they had at this particular dealership it is the only one with this warranty. Not only did they have a savings of 4 thousand dollars on the Envista but offered a lifetime warranty with the car. I felt that they earned my business and hopefully we'll never have to use the warranty but the fact that it's there is comforting considering my last cars engine blew up a Kia Soul.

Kept my car for too long for a simple repair, over charged for labor, when I went to pick up my car I stood outside in 100 degrees for 45 minutes, didn’t get updates, saw on my low jack that the car was test driven and put in the parking lot at noon, she didn’t call me until 4:15, horrible customer service. I’ll never go back. I will share my experience with everyone!

This dealership did a lot of work that was not easy to do on my 2010 GMC Acadia. The service department was successful in completing the requested work in a timely manner. I brought my car in freshly washed and picked it up dirty. The service department should have washed it after completing the repairs. They replaced many parts but did not replace the insulation wrap on the alternator wires which after replacing the alternator and starter that are right next to the hot exhaust manifold and engine block which will now get hot and possibly melt.

We had brought our new vehicle in for repairs from when it was new. We got it back with additional damage and now need to arrange bringing back in but will be left without a vehicle. We have also been experiencing several electronic connection issues. Buttons keep randomly disappearing from the screen. We’ve now got a “Service Emegency Call” message. The passenger door is having problems with the arm rest. We’ve never been GM owners and I was looking to also purchase my new truck but after this experience I’m thinking it’s not a good idea. Between bad delays with getting the vehicle fixed, poor communication and quality issues we are disappointed especially for the amount of money we spent. This was supposed to be the better model out of what GM has to offer.
