It was great. I initially came across the vehicle I was looking for on the Autotrader application. I reached out to GMC online and they advised that the vehicle was in stock. I was put in contact with Jeremiah who provided me with detailed information of the vehicle and was able to set up an appointment with me. When my brother and I arrived to the dealership, Jeremiah was waiting for us and immediately showed us the vehicle. The vehicle had everything I was looking for. We decided to purchase it. Neftali took over the sale and gave us an amazing deal and was able to work with ‘friendly’ numbers for us. Neftali was great, he was funny and made us laugh throughout the process. I’m really thankful to Jeremiah and Neftali, who gave us a great buying experience at GMC Elk Grove.
