Our community is at the center of everything we do. This includes our customers, employees and their families. First of all, I wanted to let you know we have an entirely new management team that is committed to providing superior care to everyone that comes into our dealership. With the increasing health and safety concerns linked to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to let you know we are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure everyone’s safety. We are also closely monitoring updates from public health officials and government agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. Our focus is to ensure we keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.
Here’s what we’re doing:
- We enhanced the techniques used to sanitize our vehicles after each test drive and service visit. In particular, we are paying special attention to interior touch points such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.
- The cleanliness of our dealership is always a top priority for us. We have increased the frequency of our cleaning schedule and are using recommended sanitizing products.
- We are ensuring the welfare of our team. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also instructing all employees to wash their hands frequently to ensure the health of themselves and our guests.
I understand this situation is top of mind for everyone right now. As circumstances continue to change, our goal is, and will continue to be, to provide a safe and welcoming destination for all our customers and employees across our community.
